ph975 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ph975's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph975 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph975 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph975 account. ph975 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash transactions; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements. ph975 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on ph975 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph975 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply following termination of your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
